Voigtlander Bessa Leica
voigtlander bessa-r lenses?
Just bought a voightlander bessa R and I'm a bit confused as to what lenses i can put on it.
I believe leica thread mounts will fit but what others will?

The Bessa R uses a "39mm Leica Screw Mount, compatible with any standard Leica Screw Mount lens, whether made by Leica, Nikon, Canon, Voigtlander or whoever. Full rangefinder coupling -- so long as the lens is rangefinder coupled."

So, Leica screw mount lenses. (Newer Leica M and R mount lenses are incompatible.) There's vintage Russian stuff - old and iffy quality control from the factory, modern Cosina Voigtlander lenses, etc. Depending on the focal length(s) you want and your budget, you could go in a 100 different directions. Presumably you bought the camera to use with original Leica lenses, but even here there's lots of homework to do.
