Which Nikon DSLR D70s or D40x?

Which camera would you rather get? I'm going to get a 28-105mm F3.5-4.5 D Internal Focus Macro with caps digital SLR zoom wide angle lens. Which camera do you think would be a better fit with the lens?

D70s, since the D40x won't autofocus with that lens. The D40x only autofocuses with AF-S lenses, not AF lenses, since it lacks a built in motor.

The D70s will autofocus with that particular lens, since it does have a built in autofocus motor.

In addition, the D70s has more advanced features, like viewfinder grids, dual scroll wheels, a top LCD, flash commander, a faster flash sync, and better low light performance.

The only minor tradeoff is a smaller rear LCD and the loss of pixels.
