Lens Cover Camera

Does anyone know where I can get a fly eye lens cover for my camera?

A few years ago I was in a Lomo photography shop in Barcelona and I saw that they were selling lens covers for cameras that had fly eye effect. You were supposed to hold the cover over your camera lens then the photo would come out as if it was being seen from the eyes of a fly (broken up into hexagons). It was only a couple of euros (don't know why I didn't buy it at the time!!) as now I'm having real trouble finding them!

There's a kid's toy that has lenses like that. Just pop out the lens and attach to the camera...that's the Lomo way
(And it's probably what some entrepreneur did anyway.)
