How to change blinker light on 1996 Odyssey?

I need to change a burned out signal light bulb on the front of a 1996 Honda Odyssey...
I can't figure out how to get to it...
I don't see any screws on the outer plastic lens cover...
And, under the hood I don't see any way to get to the signal light.

Get yourself a Haynes or Chilton manual. Seems a lot for changing a light, but you will use it many times. Well worth the expense.
