Best Camera with HD video?
Hey Everyone,
I am going on a vacation somewhere nice around august. Right now though my only camera is a Casio Exilim s10. It's an okay camera for point and shoot but it's video quality is really grainy. I have been looking online for camera with good HD quality videos in a point and shoot style, but only get results for video camera. If anyone has any suggestions that helps me find a good camera then thank you in advance. I really don't care about company, I've owned everything from canon to nikon to casio.
My main reason for wanting to shoot in HD is to be able to upload them to the web for family across the country to easily be able to upload them to their computer and have great quality.
Sorry, Budget is hopefully $350 and below. Also I don't want it to be big, just a nice point and shoot. I already have a Rebel Xt for big stuff
You might need to get a good still camera for photographs and a little HD video camera for the video.
For a still camera
The Nikon D40. It is a DSLR and you can get the kit with a 18mm - 55mm lens right now for $450 brand new. I get most of my stuff used and if you order the D40 used you can get it for $350.
If you can afford more I would say the D90 or Canon 5D/ Canon 5D Mark II
