It seems that regular checking of the headlights is just something that no one seems to remember to do. It is, however, very important that you check your headlights. If you are caught driving with a flashlight, you could be arrested and given a ticket. You may even have to prove that you made the repairs in the courts. No need something so expensive and time as this happens when all you have to do is turn on the headlights and check from time to time.
