Were can i find a blank 37 mm ring?

i want to get rings with 37mm threads so i can put transparent coloured things that go in binders and stuff. its so i can bassically make my own camera filters. where can i find these, for a cheap price?

There are two solutions that immediately come to mind. You can either buy a 37mm step ring or buy a cheap 37mm protective filter and punch out the glass. The former is less messy and gives you some extra space to tape things on.

Make sure that the male end (the end that screws onto the lens of the camera) of the step ring is 37mm. The size of the female end isn't important, but you'll have more of the aforementioned space as the female end increases in diameter.
