Good Results from Master Cleanse Diet

It’s been 15 days since I completed the 10 day Master Cleanse diet and surprisingly, I feel great. My complexion is clear, sluggishness hasn’t crept back into my limbs yet, and most of all my mind and eyes have this clarity that I can’t recall ever having. My rapid weight loss has ceased and with a standing height of 5’8", I am now maintaining a weight of 150lbs; prior to the Cleanse diet, I weighed 165lbs.

What is the Master Cleanse diet? It’s a method used to detoxify our bodies in a 10 day time frame, while also bringing about rapid weight loss. The ingredients include: 2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice, 1 tbsp. 100 percent pure maple syrup Grade B (from a health food store), 1/10 tsp. cayenne pepper, and 8 oz. spring water. It is recommended that you mix and drink eight to twelve glasses a day of this concoction or whenever hunger starts to seep in. Besides this concoction, you cannot eat or drink anything else except water, laxative herbal tea, preferably Fenugreek, Peppermint tea to keep your taste buds from salivating, and Green tea as an antioxidant.

In addition to the diet, I personally used Milk Thistle extract, which is known to be a powerful protector of the liver against free radical damage. It helps the liver to filter out poisonous and toxic chemicals that we intake every day via polluted air, cigarette smoke, parasite infected water, household cleaning chemicals, chemically sprayed fruit, greasy foods, alcohol, the list goes on. Although I took a 500 milligram Milk Thistle pill twice a day, it’s recommended by holistic professionals that you at least take 200 milligrams of the herb three times a day.

It’s important that everyone detoxify their bodies, especially if you want to live a life that is free from disease and illness, which often can be avoided if we become more attentive to our inner body. If our earth is polluted then our bodies will become polluted in the same fashion. The state of our inner body is usually reflected in our actions, so if our inner body is in poor health, we tend to project poor decision making, recklessness, depression, suicidal thoughts, vulgarity and just about anything negative. Religiously, detoxification and fasting is a method of denying the demands of the flesh in order to focus on GOD and his love. Our purpose in life is "to love", which was GOD‘s reason in the creation of Adam & Eve, to appreciate his formations in a positive way that also glorify him.

are those plastic films or screen protectors for LCD prevent radiation or harmful light coming to your eye?

I have noticed that my eyes hurt every time I look at the 18" LG LCD monitor compared to my 14" HP CRT monitor.

My LCD monitor has no filter while the CRT has a glass filter... I would love to use back the CRT but it turns yellow sometimes but I am planning to buy CRT again lol...but it's bulky and heavy...

Maybe I'll buy a new LCD..maybe samsung...

Actually, there's no "harmful radiation" coming from your monitor. You might just have it set too bright or something. Try decreasing the brightness and see if that helps.
