I have an 8" Dob (f/6). I have a 25 mm plossl and a 9mm edge-on planetary and a 2x barlow.

I am now looking into 2" eyepieces to give me a good spotting eyepiece.

Are the Orion Q70 Ultra Wide series good at all? If not, do you suggest any other brand of 2" eyepieces? (sorry too poor for TeleVue)

They have them for around $85 on sale from $99.

They are fully multi coated, Eye relief of 20mm, 70 deg. APOV, have 5 elements, and are parfocal.

If they are good, which focal length should i get? (26, 32, and 38mm)

Anyway-----YES, the Orion Ultra wide Series is a very good value for the money. Be sure that your scope can handle a 2" eyepiece before you purchase it. Orion customer service is the best. Even if you end up not liking it, they will let you exchange for something better. Anywhere between 32mm to a 40mm will do well for your scope.
