Can anyone suggest a camera case to carry a Canon Rebel XT, with 100-400mm Canon L lens attached?

I have a Rebel XT and there are times I need to transport it (take it to the location) with the attached 100-400mm. It is not always convient or clean enough to insert the lens once in place. Am looking for a camera case to take into account this configuration. Something that can put the camera and lens on it, in the chapel attached for easy access.

As LowePro. I'm sure there would be a case that could meet their needs. (And they are the best ...)
