how do i get sticky stuff off my digital camera lens?
Someone spilled some kind of punch drink and some of it must have goten into my camera. I didn't notice until last night when i turned on my camera and the black thing that covers the lens didn't open. i pried it open and notice a sticky substance on it and the camera works fine except when you turn it off it makes a weird noise {the lens cover is trying to close.} How do i fix this without damaging the lens. It would be great if i could fix it myself but if going to a pro is my only option i will do it {i love taking pictures so being without my camera is going to be hard especially with easter this weekend} any help would be great especially if you know alot about cameras!

A Q-tip that's been moistened (not dripping wet). You'll need a lot of Q-tips. But if it's on the inside, you'll need to take it to a shop that can disassemble your camera and clean it.
