Infrared Sauna Dome â Advantages and Disadvantages
Infrared sauna is the best way to use a sauna and it is evident from the fact that there is a constant increase in the number of manufacturers of infrared saunas and the number of people using them. But the down side is that the user is not allowed to freely move the arms and is left to stare at the ceiling throughout the session in an infrared sauna.
Domes are rigid plastic and do not fold but they can be stood up vertically and stored in a closet or corner, between uses. In a dome model of infrared sauna, the user has the freedom of programming the desired time and temperature settings in the control panel on the unit, as against a traditional sauna. These models of infrared sauna remain warm and safe to the touch, even during the use.
Some models of infrared sauna domes may also have zippered openings for the hands, so that the user can read books or have their hands free while using the sauna. Thus, an infrared sauna dome model is ideal for those who do not want to miss the benefit of sauna, while away from home as these models can be carried anywhere they go.

please tell me about far-infra red rays and bio-ceramics . Is it useful for heath?
someone told me about conybio products (leaders in far-infrared rays products and bio-ceramics). according to him it improves our health. is it?
I have not used the products that you are asking about. I have however used infrared rays on my patients to increase blood flow and tissue temperature. The products I use are electrical powered to emit the infrared. I have seen good results with improving sensation in people with diabetic neurophathy, pain and wound healing. ...now these far infrared rays and bio-ceramics. I have not been able to find any documentation on how they propose that the the products can store and emit this kind of energy. In physics and in life, energy isn't free. I did find one study on people with Raynaud's Syndrome. The study seemed ok...and got positive results with those getting the treatment product getting mild to moderate improvement. So.... should you try it? depends on what your problem is and what you think about the product. Can it hurt you? Most likely no. Two participants using the real product (6%) in the study did report skin irritation.
