Green Powder Carbs -- Eat These 5 Carbs And Lose 5 Pounds In One Week

The kind of carbs you eat makes a big difference when it comes to your weight. There are the good, unprocessed carbs, like raw veggies, fresh fruit and green food powder. And there are the bad, processed carbs, like candy, muffins, white rice, bagels, or anything made with white processed sugar or flour.

You have to eat good carbs (combined with lean protein and healthy fats) at every meal to:

provide fiber to curb hunger and stabilize blood sugar,

Other good carbs include fresh or frozen fruit (high fiber fruit is best but must not be sweetened); whole grain or spouted grain bread; and whole grain pasta.

Unless you're an endurance athlete, you only need one serving of unprocessed carbohydrates like green powder per meal. But you do need that one serving of carbs so your body doesn't go into starvation mode and store fat. Make sure you eat a small serving of lean protein and a "thumb-size" of healthy oils at every meal too or else you get a sugar rush and none of the weight-loss benefits like fat burning. Another reason to eat the big three (carbs, protein and oils) at every meal so you don't feel hungry quickly and overeat.
