analogue camera with macbook?

i was thinking of buying an analogue camera, either a canon/ sony/ nikon.. and im going to buy a macbook as well.. but does anyone know if the program matches? if they fit together? 'cause i dont want to use an analogue camera on a microsoft windows pc.
