Can I record videos using my Pentax K100D?
And anyone know how to use Fisheye? Do I need to buy another lens? AND anyway to make the shutter faster?
No you can't record videos. There are only 4 DSLR's that shoot video. They are the Nikon D90, D5000 and the Canon 5D MKII and Rebel T1i.
For fisheye you need a new fisheye lens. Here is a link to the available fisheye lenses for Pentax. They are not cheap though. Avoid the 15mm as it is not really wide enough for an APS-C sized camera like yours. It is good for film cameras.

Of course you can make the shutter speed faster. You need to take it out of the auto mode. Put it on manual mode and you can adjust it. Keep in mind that you will need to make corresponding adjustments to the aperture or ISO. You will have to at least read the manual to understand this. I suggest you take a class. It will be much easier that way.
