I have a Canon 450D digital SLR and want a fisheye lens. Any suggestions?

I have no experience of real camera lenses, but I want a fisheye lens. I've been recommended some, for example, the Tokina 10-17mm, 10mm sigma or Peleng 8mm ... but can anyone recommend places selling a line? Can not believe how expensive they are!

How rare form of the more expensive lens. Hence why 18 to 300 mm range is within budget for many. So many are made that an easy process. But more specialized lenses like the eyes of the fish, leaving just the times it is used, are much less building, so making them is more expensive.
