Everything In One Shot - Aquarium Kits
What is an Aquarium Kit? The term Aquarium Kit can refer to many different setup variations, but in essence it is the bundling of both the aquarium itself along with some quantity of the needed aquarium equipment to care for your livestock. Aquarium Kits often come with lights, filters, gravel, food, test kits, etc.
When looking for your first aquarium kit try not to be to tempted to go with a small or tiny setup. Many beginners in the aquarium hobby feel compelled to conquer the learning curve by starting small. Truth be told is that larger aquariums are far easier to maintain than smaller ones.
If you choose a smaller aquarium, waste products from fish and left over food will quickly reach harmful levels with little water to dilute them. The small water mass will also be more susceptible to rapid changes in water temperature among other water volume problems. Beginner beware you may want to think bigger, a standard 55 gallon is often the best starting compromise between price and size.
So what comes with your Aquarium Kit? Well there is really no end to the variation, it is very important to check what's included with your kit to determine if its really what you need. It can be a difficult task but comparing the price of kits is a wise decision to judge exactly how much you are saving.
This is just some of the items that might be included with your aquarium kit that you might need:
Glass Or Acrylic Aquarium Itself
Aquarium Stand
Fitting Lid Or Hood
Light Fixture With or Without Bulbs
Aquarium Heater
Floating Or Stick On Thermometer
Mechanical Or Chemical Filtration
Air Or Circulation Pumps
Sand Or Gravel
Artificial Aquarium Decorations
Aquarium Water Testing Supplies
Siphon Or Vacuum Gravel Cleaner
Net, Food, Or Additives
Store Coupon For Live Fish Or Plants
Naturally the manufacturers and sellers of these aquarium kits often try to use the cheapest accessories and equipment they can find to add to your kit. This isn't always the case but it is common to make it look like you are getting the most for your dollar.
It is important that you examine the included equipment to ensure that it is adequate for the size tank you are purchasing. For instance, ensure the filter that is included with your 55 gallon tank is suitable to filter a 55 gallon tank. If there is inadequate equipment you will need to either abandon the kit altogether or replace that particular accessory. You likely should check the brands of equipment included to make sure they have a good reputation.

I'm going to fit an induction kit to my 02 Audi A4 turbo quattro.?
I've done it to other cars but in those cases you can see the air filter and everything else, but on the Audi, haven't a clue? Could do with some pics showing what's what in the engine bay?
I own a 2001.5 S4 and it took me a little while to figure out how to instal my cold-air....this is what i learned
pop the hood > look at the left side of your engine bay
your air filter is located inside of the big black plastic box (the box is the cover to the air filter) >
on the side of the big box you will find black plastic clasps (possibly metal) and they look and function like screws >
undo the screws and you should easily be able to figure out the rest....
Here are some pics....
1) A view of the area of the engine bay where the air filter is located (I circled the air filter box)
