Digital camera with HD movie mode?

Hi,

I wanna buy a new digital camera which has the capability of filming videos in HD mode, I was considering the Canon Isus 100IS but read somewhere that you can only film 29mins of HD videos on it- I'd prefer a camera which can let me film HD relatively unlimited, depending on the size of memory I have. Then I looked at a digital camcorder, the Sanyo Xacti, which has dual video and camera capabilities- but I hear photo quality is crap!

Also, I would like a digi cam which accepts SDHC memory cards- and all for about under £180- does anybody know of any good cams?
