35 mm film camera: Best, Pentax, Nikon, Minolta or?

I'm about to buy a camera after accidentally donate my old to charity. Recently I moved, and brought only the most important to me as books, clothes and computers. I had 2 Nikon N70s and a Nikon camera compact zoom. I love Nikon, but just looking at other brands for a change in sentiment, I do not know if this is good with the cameras or not. On eBay, I see a Minolta Maxxum 3000i, a Canon EOS Rebel 300, and a Pentax PZ-70. I am not a professional, just want decent photos with options for adding features. I can always find more N70s for sale, but want something different, and Kodak is definitely for me.
