Repairing the Canon SD Series Lens Covers Barrier Yourself!

Does any lens cap fit on any lens. I have sigma zoom 28-80mm macro and a canon rebel 2000 camera. How do i know what lens cap i need?

The simple answer is no. Different lens thread sizes will be displayed on your lens... look for a symbol that looks like this followed by the lens diameter in mm: Ø 52mm

You can ask the salesperson (bring the camera body in) for a lens cover for the body. They also vary based on the mount design.
