What is the best lens for Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT?
I bought the Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT 8 MP about a week before Christmas and I am very fond of her. I love the detail of the image, but I have a curiosity about whether I could become better in any way. People have been telling me that the lenses are made of better quality? I wish the picture is clearer, sharper, better? And I really want to do some macros! Do you have any advice on lenses or other accessories to help my photos? Thanks!
A true macro can cost a bit. As for the whole thing clear and bright, it really up to you, and to some extent the configuration of the camera. Kit lens that can actually be quite strong extended to about half (not all the way and not all the way) and openness in the range f / 8 to f/16. Set the camera to Av, turn the wheel behind the shutter button you set your aperture to 11 (just a number in the center), press the shutter button halfway and see what gives you speed. If less than 1/50th that increases the ISO will simply increase one step at a time as higher ISO give a lot of noise. Find a middle ground and shoot. The first lens I recommend is the zoom is bigger than your kit lens. The second objective My suggestion is http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/12142-USA/Canon_2514A002_Normal_EF_50mm_f_1_8.html That does not zoom to everything, but has an aperture of f/1.8 that is impressive with low light situations. It is also a bit sharper than the kit lens. What makes these things better because you only have to do in 50 mm and a whole range of zoom. Macro or close up to things that only I could get one of these that screws onto your lens as a filter (which should always have a UV filter or heaven on the objective to protect physical than anything else). They also make major gains.
